Quality Family Dentistry offers three membership plans that cover your regular preventive visits for a flat monthly cost, with a 20% discount on any other treatment you need. There are no deductibles, no annual maximums, no claim forms, and no waiting periods.

What is a Consistent Care™ visit?
A Consistent Care™ visit includes preventive regular care: a doctor exam, X-rays as needed, and a professional cleaning. For the adult and child plans, benefits renew six months after each Consistent Care™ visit. For the Perio plan, benefits renew every four months because periodontal maintenance often needs a shorter cycle.
This matters because many uninsured patients are not trying to avoid the dentist altogether. They are trying to avoid unpredictable cost spikes.
