The adult plan is built around routine preventive care for adults. The child plan includes the same core preventive access plus a fluoride treatment for patients age 12 and under. The Perio plan is structured for patients whose maintenance needs call for more frequent periodontal visits or adult prophylaxis procedures and checkups. Every plan includes regular exams, oral screenings, routine X-rays, and one emergency exam, so you know which foundational visits are included before you schedule.
Membership is not a replacement for a clinical examination or a promise that every treatment will be needed. Dr. Eric Klein DMD still begins with the condition in front of you, your history, and the reason for your appointment. The plan simply gives you a clear, consistent way to cover the preventive care that supports those conversations and a loyalty discount when additional eligible treatment is recommended.

Some dental needs require care from a specialist outside the office. A referral can be appropriate when the condition calls for a service that should be provided in a specialty setting. Because that treatment is outside Quality Family Dentistry, it does not fall under the terms of this membership plan. If a referral is ever discussed, the office can explain the reason, the next step, and what questions you may want to ask before scheduling with another provider.

The 20% loyalty discount applies to restorative work that needs to be completed, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and other procedures not included in your plan. It does not apply to dental implants or clear aligner therapy. The discount is applied at the time of service.
